You are responsible for the planning and implementation of communication and marketing initiatives across all channels. This includes content conception and production (text, graphics, photo/video), social media management, press and public relations, organization of trade fairs and events, as well as maintaining our brand presence (incl. SaxonyAI). In close collaboration with departments and management, you increase the reach and relevance of our topics and ensure consistent brand communication.

  • Noticeable increase of our website impressions through SEO measures (including GEO and LLM-SEO)
  • Significant improvement of our performance e.g. on LinkedIn through target audience-oriented and tailored content (text, graphics, photo/video)
  • Independent organization of workshops, events and trade fair participation
  • Maintenance of brand presence (incl. SaxonyAI)
  • Close collaboration with departments and management
  • Ensuring consistent brand communication
  • Coordination of external service providers

  • Training/degree in marketing, communication, media, or comparable – alternatively relevant professional experience
  • Excellent German written and verbal skills, confident writing style
  • Practical experience in social media, community management, and content creation
  • Organizational talent for events, trade shows, and campaigns
  • Team capability, creativity, and structured work style
