IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for planning, steering, and completing IT projects. This includes roadmap and resource planning, sprint and milestone steering, risk management, as well as coordination with clients and internal departments. You ensure transparency regarding status, budget, and quality, establish appropriate delivery and reporting routines, and support tenders and proposal processes. With a pragmatic approach, confident communication, and clear decisions, you lead projects to successful completion.

  • Sprint and milestone steering in agile and classical projects
  • Risk management and proactive problem solving
  • Coordination with clients and internal departments
  • Ensuring transparency regarding status, budget, and quality
  • Establishing appropriate delivery and reporting routines
  • Supporting tenders and proposal processes
  • Coordinating teams and external suppliers

What you should bring:

  • Degree/training in IT or technical-business environment or comparable
  • Several years of experience in IT project management
  • Sound knowledge of methodologies (e.g., Scrum/Kanban, PRINCE2, PMI)
  • High organizational competence, hands-on mentality, and results orientation
  • Excellent German skills; English advantageous

PM Experience

Several years of experience in IT project management

Methodology

Preferred Skills

Bid Management

Technical Understanding
